I did it!
I called the counseling center here in my town! They don't offer marriage counseling. They do offer couples counseling, but seeing as I am currently individual then I had to schedule with for individual therapy sessions.
There are quite a few items I have to take with me, but I should be all right. Suddenly, there is this big weight lifted off my chest. Breathing should be a little easier now. I'll let ya know how the rest of my day goes.
